PMC runs r fine for me. It's not really an issue, it's just how player scav runs work. You can only join a raid as a scav if there is a raid running with PMCs still alive, with an available player scav spot, at the correct time in said raid. Since everyone is trying to play scav, these few available slots get eaten quickly by people in queue.The load time has been quicker than PMC, waaaay quicker, but agree with OP most Scav runs are around 10 minute mark. I've only found L1, MULEs, and Meldonins. The broken crates can also spawn stims. I have one in particular that seems to spawn stims 50/50 of my scav runs. Shoreline is probably the worst map to scav in, as a PMC after about 20mins I feel completely safe because I know there are no players anymore. The most loot you'll get as a scav is the village or the pier, both of which are probably looted, and the distances between them are super long. Time-wise you're much better doing any other map.
